Getting Started and Charging
The DR 32 charger adapts automatically
to the different voltages and frequencies of all countries (110V-60Hz
0.7W, 240V-50Hz 1.0W).
The toothbrush must be fully charged before first use. To charge
the brush put it into the charger and plug the charger into an
electrical outlet. The charge indicator light goes on. The initial
charge takes at least 24 hours.
For daily use, the toothbrush can be stored on the charger without
any risk of overcharging. Once fully charged, the unit will run
20 minutes on a single charge.
To maintain the maximum capacity of the battery, unplug the charger
and discharge the brush by regular use at least every six months.
Using the Toothbrush
For your comfort and to avoid spraying, the DR 32 features a continuous
pressure on-off switch.
Dampen the brush head, apply a small amount of toothpaste between
the brushes and switch the unit on for several seconds to spread
the toothpaste evenly.
| Place the
unit in your mouth so the two brushes are on opposite sides
of |
your teeth
and move slowly along the
dental arch with a slight back and
forth movement. |
 |
There are several ways to use your DR 32 power toothbrush as indicated
in the following diagrams:
| The
typical brushing position allows for
the simultaneous brushing of both the
inside and outside of the teeth. |
 |
|
The
45° angle
position brushes the
top of the teeth, in particular the molars. |
The
90° angle
position brushes the
outside of both your top and bottom
teeth at the same time. |

Replacing the Brush Head
We
recommend that you replace the brush head of your DR 32 power
toothbrush every three months. The brush head is designed for easy
attachment and removal.
| To
replace your brush head: |
 |
| 1. |
Select
and insert one of the four color pins provided with the refill
into the hole at the back of the head. This enables up to
four family members to identify his or her personal brush
head. |
| 2. |
Simply
clip the brush head onto the
brush body. |
 |
|
We recommend
to not press too hard or scrub your teeth and gums too vigorously.
Simply let the brush do the work. The brush head
is designed to provide the necessary pressure for effective brushing.
Turn the unit off before removing it from your mouth. Thanks to
the simultaneous brushing of the inside and outside of your teeth,
the DR 32 power toothbrush enables you to fight against dental
plaque in one minute. Brushing your teeth after every meal is recommended.
After each use, switch the unit on and rinse the brush head thoroughly
under running water for several seconds. You can protect your brush
head by using the protective cap cover. Your transparent carrying
case will protect your toothbrush during trips.
